We stand by our work, but just in case—here’s our straightforward refund policy

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All fees for Ecom Fyre’s digital marketing, consulting, and development services are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. This includes:

  • Paid ads management

  • Strategy sessions

  • Website/design deliverables

  • Completed audits or reports

2. Subscription Services

Monthly retainers (e.g., social media management) can be canceled anytime with written notice, but:

  • No refunds for partial months

  • Unused services do not roll over

3. Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • We fail to deliver a service you paid for (with no substitute provided)

  • The request is made within 48 hours of payment (before work starts)

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [refunds@ecomfyre.com] with:

  • Your invoice number

  • Detailed reason for the request

  • Proof of unfulfilled service (if applicable)

Processing Time: 7-10 business days for approved requests.
